AgeSong senior communities offer levels of care based on each resident's particular needs. Whether it's for independent living, assisted living, memory care, or specialized behavioral/ emotional care, our dedicated staff, psychology and social science interns, and volunteers provide compassionate, attentive services — all in a warm, welcoming environment.
We also offer coordination for hospice care, nursing services, home health care, and case management services.
No matter what level of care, AgeSong services free all residents from housekeeping, cooking, maintenance, and other tasks — so they can explore personal interests, remain involved in their communities, be open to new experiences and learning, and enjoy senior living.
Independent Living
Our Independent Living Program encourages seniors to create their own lifestyle and provides
ample opportunity to participate in social, cultural, and stimulating educational programs and
events that nurture both mind and spirit.
Supportive Living
Our Supportive Living Program provides residents maximum flexibility now and as their needs
change. Residents enjoy all the benefits of Independent Living, along with coordination of their
social and health care needs.
Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living Program provides our comprehensive Supportive Living services as well as
offering AgeSong's innovative approach to higher levels of care.
Forgetfulness Care (Memory Care)
AgeSong's Forgetfulness Care Program provides memory care support for those with Alzheimer's
disease and other forms of Dementia. The program challenges the typical medical view of
dementia as a disease or illness, but instead refers to it as forgetfulness — something to which we
can all relate.
Specialized Behavioral and Emotional Care
For residents requiring complex care, our Specialized Behavioral Health Program and Emotional
Care Program uses a humanistic framework to create a therapeutic environment for those with
aggressive or challenging behavior that uses a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
